Cynthia improved her race performance from a 10 k PB of 65 min (6:30 min/km), but mostly 70 min (7min/km) races to an 8 km race with pace of 5:45 min/km which would be equivalent to 57:30 min in a 10 k race after only 6 weeks of coaching J

What have we done in this 6 weeks? Just fixing training volume and intensities 😉 as @cynthia_steenbakkers used to train a lot and her easy feeling pace before was more like 10 k race pace 😅
